Language Courses

All German language courses are:

  • individual (one-on-one) or small group courses (maximum 5 students)
  • taught online (via Zoom)
  • taught by a native speaker with a PhD and decades of teaching experience

Beginners‘ courses can start with English as the medium of instruction. Intermediate and advanced classes should be immersive and in German only.

I offer course packages for all target levels (CEFR), from A1 through C2.

Each language course package consists of 20 units. Each unit is 180 minutes, either as one session (180’) or as two sessions (2×90’) per week. course duration is thus approximately 20 weeks, depending on public holidays.

The regular course books can be finished in about 15 sessions, the remaining sessions are meant for repetition, conversation and grammar practice and test preparation.

Reductions, extensions or extra units are subject to negotiation.

Each package includes additional digital materials provided online by the teacher, but it does not include the course book and work book.

Which book to use is negotiable. I recommend using “Netzwerk” or “Netzwerk neu”, which is also used at Goethe Institut, as this will prepare you best for their language certificate tests.
